Mistaken Identity

[Misty]

Misty's eyes burned at the fact that Red's question just rang in her ears, "ASH IS NOT MY BOYFRIEND!" She spun around to face the kid as he yelled at the new girl. "Don't yell at her! It's an honest mistake! GOD boys are so irritating!"

[Dawn]

"EXCUSE ME YOUR RUDENESS!" Dawn's voice rose again. "I do not have the strength of a machoke, and if looks could improve i would say for looks you do look like him but you have the personality of a Garchomp." She knew instantly she didn't like this guy anyways. "I don't think you even know who we are do you? You just think you are hot stuff!"

[Red]

Red stood there for a moment and realized he should calm down. When he was a bit more calm he decided to respond. "I'm sorry I asked if Ash was your boyfriend, I knew it was a mistake the moment I said it. I yelled at her because it seemed like she was accusing me of purposely impersonating this Ash," Red said to Misty. "I'm sorry I yelled at you. I was attacked by that Charizard and was very mad already, but I shouldn't have taken it out on you. I honestly don't know who you are, but she is hard not to recognize. She is Misty, the Cerulean City Gym Leader," Red said to Dawn. Red just hoped that there would be no more yelling, he didn't want to make enemies here.

[Misty]

Misty crossed her arms and sighed great that was one way to get introduced. She sighed and looked over at Dawn and Red. "Yeah. I'm Misty, leader of the Cerulean Gym." She shrugged her shoulders and smiled lightly. "Since we're introducing people. This is Charizard, he belongs to Ash and that's Red. An Ash look alike."

[Dawn]

"I'm Dawn, a coordinator from Twinleaf Town." she replied. "Ash and I traveled through the Shinnoh region together, it was kind of fun. I didn't know he had many friends though. It's nice to meet you." she said. "Ash has told me a lot about you."

[Misty]

Misty's face turned red as she looked away up at the sky, "Oh really? Nothing good I'm guessing." She looked back at Dawn and smiled lightly, no need to make a snap decision on this girl right? Then again she'd traveled with Ash...just like May had.

[Red]

"You really had to call me an Ash look alike?" Red said to Misty. It didn't really hit Red till now, but he has a weird feeling this isn't the same Misty he battled. "Hi Dawn. Uh what is a coordinator?" Red asked. Every moment in this group's presence is just confusing Red more and more. "What is this Ash guy like?" Red asked both Misty and Dawn.

[Dawn]

"A coordinator is a trainer that enters in contests. You have a battle round and an appeal round, whoever gets the highest score, gets a ribbon. It's really like gym battle only with just one battle and the prize is a ribbon not a badge." the blue haired girl shrugged. "As for Ash, he's kind of cocky, but a nice guy...most of the time."

[brock]

Brock walked out into the gardens spotting Charrizard, Dawn, Misty, and a guy who looked like Ash. He hadn't seen Misty and Ash in ages. He smiled running up to them.

"Ash! Misty! I'm glad to see you guys again." said Brock.

He turned to Dawn and Charrizard and smiled at them.

"I'm glad to see you guys again too." said Brock.

He then turned back to "Ash" and realized it wasn't him at all.

"Oh I'm sorry. I thought you were a friend of mine. You look a lot like him. I'm Brock." said Brock.

[Misty]

"Ash is a nice guy, stupid a lot, he gets depressed when he loses a gym battle," Misty said tapping her chin, "He's really sweet and tends to have a good heart. But he's irritating." She looked at Dawn, how could she only think Ash was nice some of the time? That's when Brock ran up. No way! She smiled at him and held up her hand for a high five, "Brock! Great to see you!"

[Red]

Red swore he had heard of Pokemon Contests before. Then he remembered what they were, but last he heard there was no battle round. "So Ash is a nice but cocky and stupid guy?" Red asked the girls. That is when Red saw Brock run up. "Well at least somebody realized it without me telling them. I'm Red and I know you, you're Brock the Pewter City Gym Leader," Red said to Brock. Like with Misty, Red had a feeling this wasn't the same Brock he battled.

[brock]

Brock smiled highfiving Misty back.

"It's been too long. I meant to stop by and visit you but I got distracted with my studying. I've decided to become a Pokemon doctor." said Brock.

He turned back to Red nodded to him.

"I'm glad to meet you Red. I haven't been the Pewter City gym leader there since I joined Ash on his Pokemon Journey. That feels so long ago now. My brother Forest is running the gym now while I'm studying." said Brock.

[Misty]

"That's great Brock," Misty said with a smile, "Don't worry about not visiting. I planned to do the same but got distracted by training. My sisters are in charge again, so when I get back I'm sure my work is going to be cut out for me." She sighed and shook her head, "You haven't seen Ash...have you."

[brock]

"I know. But I still wish I had. But at least we're together now. Maybe I'll bring my mother by to see your gym. She's a water Pokemon trainer and she nearly turned my gym into one. I'm sure she'd love visiting yours." said Brock.

He paused shaking his head to Misty's question.

"Not since I left for home. I heard he had gone to Unova region from Prof. Oak. But I did see other pokemon here like Charizard and Pikachu. Ash takes Pikachu with him everywhere so it's odd to see him here by himself. Maybe Ash is here and we haven't bumped into him yet." said Brock.

[Red]

The moment Brock and Misty mentioned siblings Red knew something was wrong. Red had heard from other people dragged here that some of the people here are from different worlds. So Red figured that he was from a different Pokemon world then Dawn and this Brock and Misty. Red heard that Ash knew Prof. Oak which just increased Red's belief in his theory. Red thought he probably shouldn't tell the others though. "So, Brock, what is Ash like?"
