Sasha lightly shook his head as he hooked his thumb in the pocket of his jacket. "It's rather simple, something an Official Agent is taught once they get through the Academy. All it is is a combination of Astral Projecting and rounding up a person's memories, then locking them in a mental vault. It doesn't take more than a second or two, and there isn't really any damage once memories, powers or what have you are sealed, though it will be up to the owner, that being you, to keep them in the lock. Take Vodello, for example. If I hadn't locked away the voices she was hearing in her mind and if it weren't for her upkeep of them, the Nightmares she had to face every night, she would have been locked up in an Asylum and rendered completely insane. With memories, it's different. Those, you can control. With Memories being locked up in a vault, it makes them easier to recall and easier to put away. It keeps them sorted, the happier ones and the ones that are harder to bear." he paused, leaning his shoulder against the wall to his left.
"It also keeps away the memories that you don't want anyone to see. They wouldn't be able to see them without your consent." He replied. "And the average age is..I'd say about Sixteen to Seventeen, though under a few regulations one would have to be about fourteen by the time they're enrolled in the Academy, and Eighteen by the time they Graduated. Razputin skipped through all of that and became an Official." Sasha smiled a little. "But in a way, he deserved it. I'll have him tell you the story. The Right one, at least. He tends to exaggerate it the more he tells it to others."

Krystal was glad that the memory locking process would be painless. "That sounds like it is hard for both you and your partner. Was your partner born with the voices in her head or was it from a traumatic event in her life?" Krystal asked. "Must be a very interesting story and it makes sense that he would exaggerate. As you said he is eleven and he probably wants to impress his friends."

German only gave a small shrug as Krystal remarked that the process of creating and maintaining a mental vault must be hard for the both Himself and Milla. Personally, he didn't think it was too difficult, though his Job was stressful at times. Dealing with Insanity, psychic terrorists and accidental fires/general crazyness back at HQ on a near daily basis had to be a bit stressful at times, though Sasha would admit that there was a sort of odd tranquility to it as well. "During Astral projection, it may seem like one spends hours inside another's mind, but in Reality it takes only a few seconds."
When Krystal asked about Milla, Sasha's expression softened a bit though he didn't move from his leaning position against the wall. "I have reason to believe Milla was a Psychic long before it happened, I doubt she didn't even know she had such abilities besides possessing abnormally strong Empathy for anyone younger than herself...Children, specifically. But yes, it was a traumatic event that had Myself and the Grand Head of the Psychonauts himself visit and eventually recruit her for the Agency." he replied. "As for Razputin, He believes it to be interesting in it's own right. I don't think he would exaggerate too bad when he tells it to you, however. I for one have heard it too many times and would not stick around. Don't want to relive any memories of that incident."

Krystal listened to Sasha's story about Milla, and felt sorry for Milla. "Did Milla have a hard time adjusting?" Krystal asked, figuring it would be hard to adjust even after having your memories are stored. "Are you sure he wouldn't exaggerate and, if you don't mind me asking, what happened?" Krystal was very curious as to what exactly had happened. "Also, I don't mean to rush, but did you already lock my memories?"

German gave a small nod. "She wasn't insane from them yet, but it did take a while to get her to readjust, working with us and on the field. It was difficult for her, helping her keep the voices, the images, locked so they wouldn't interfere with her psyche. About...seven months until she managed to keep them down long enough to where she wouldn't have a panic attack while on the Job when dealing with..specific cases." He quipped.
"Razputin last told a Journalist who walked onto a Highly classified government training facility, without specific clearance beyond that on one of my Colleagues, that he fought off a group of Telekinetic Bears. With chainsaws for arms, but that's until I showed up to show the Journalist off of the premises before he could end up missing a few teeth," he gave a small smirk, "But we have Telekinetic bears. Just not ones with mechanical equipment for arms. That would be ridiculous. As for what happened, I will only say that it involved one of ours going insane and lobotomies of both myself, Agent Vodello, a umber of campers and a near lobotomy of another Camper by a Dentist."
Sasha perked a little as Krystal asked if he had locked her memories yet. He had been rather enraptured in the conversation, he actually forgot about it for a bit. German chuckled softly, feeling somewhat embarrassed and gave a shake of his head, before lifting up a hand and pressing two fingers to her forehead, shutting his eyes behind his glasses. "Ach, no, I haven't. Thank you for reminding me. "he said, before keeping himself quiet so he could focus. The only downside to both Astral Projecting and sealing mental problems was that it would let his own guard down, allowing anyone who wished to sift through his memories, sense his emotions and thoughts during those brief seconds. And Astral Projection wasn't really his forte, but he could use it well enough to get a job done.
In a simple count of three, and a brief flash of Krystal's memories in his own mind, Krystal's memories were safely locked away and he took a step back with a small smile, hands in his pockets. What he had seen while he was locking up Krystal's memories, good and bad, it all came in like a speeded up tidal wave in the span on nearly three seconds, Sasha memorizing the few he could see clearly, not for his own sake but as future reference if needed. In truth, they seemed to rush and bleed together, like some sort of watercolor painting, only when he had them all locked away was there a sort of peaceful, quiet blackness, indicating that the Job had been done, and his Mental shields were back up and preventing anyone further access to read his feelings and thoughts. All that he would have to deal with was a somewhat nasty migraine. Everything was in order, under control. Much like himself.
"You see? Nothing to be worried about if you keep them under control. If you're not careful, they can manifest themselves in to Nightmares, mental beings that can wreak havoc on ones psyche, rare creatures but difficult to exterminate if unexperienced. Unless you'd want to become temporarily insane and overwhelmed with uncontrolled thoughts, I'd suggest you to keep them under control by refraining from recalling more than one memory at a time, slowly."

Krystal listened to Sasha explain that Milla eventually was able to adjust. Krystal then listened to Sasha's short version of what happened and understood why he didn't want to elaborate, but was confused when he said Raz claimed to fought telekinetic bears with chainsaw arms. "I know how annoying journalists could be," Krystal said in response to what Sasha said about journalists.
Krystal suddenly felt Sasha going through her memories and start locking them up. After Sasha was done she said, "Thank you for your help Sasha. I will be careful with my mind." Krystal practiced going through her memories to see what it would be like now. She focused on recent memories from experiences with the Star Fox team. Eventually she started focusing on memories of a specific individual, Fox.
