Key/Lock Holder: Hubert
Brief History: Pascal was born a part of the seemingly lost race of the Amarcians with her older sister Fourier. She idolized her sister as a genius and wanted to follow in her footsteps by becoming as good as her. Over time, Pascal befriended a group of people including Asbel, Sophie, Richard, Malik, Cheria, and Hubert. She played a big role in helping to save their world, even though she was the most random of the group and seemed not to take a lot of things seriously at times. Although it appeared as though Hubert held feelings for her, those feelings went over Pascal's head and she mainly stayed friends with him.
One day, Pascal received a strange letter. It ultimately got lost in the mess within her house, only to be discovered some time later after Fourier and her friend, Poisson, made her take a bath. When she finally discovered the letter she found that there was a strange lock inside it. Her attempts to break the lock proved useless (even drilling it proved to be futile!), so Pascal finally bothered to read the letter to find out what she was meant to do. Reading the letter revealed that she had been invited to an island of some kind. With her typical Pascal-ish 'Y'okay!', she bid farewell to her sister and friends and set out for the island in question with lock in hand.
Sample Post: "Hmm... smashing it didn't work, trying to pick it didn't work, and drilling it didn't even damage it! What kinda crazy stuff is this thing made of, anywho?" Pascal asked. She was stumped. The young woman had been puzzling over the lock sitting before her for what felt like hours and still hadn't gotten anywhere in unlocking (was that a pun? Pascal didn't know) its mysteries. She had thought of asking Fourier and Poisson about it, or even the Overseer, but none of them were present in her home at the moment. Even Hubert had sprang up in her mind while she puzzled over the lock! But the blue-haired Lieutenant was away on Strahtan business and hadn't bothered to visit her recently.
Finally, it seemed as though Pascal had met her match. She groaned in frustration, threw up her hands, and began to shake her head back and forth. "This is insane! How is a little ol' lock causing me this much trouble??" Pascal asked. She flopped over onto her back, bringing up a flurry of papers in the process, and seemed to be admitting defeat. Then, one paper in particular fell against her face. Behind the sheet of pinkish-white paper, Pascal's amber eyes widened. How had she missed this one sheet of paper? She snatched it up quickly and began to scan over the contents.
"Huh. Looks like an invitation of some kind."
