Name: Sasha Nein, 'Agent Nein' as a Title.
(Feel free to make many 'Nein/Nine' Jokes.)
Age: Late 20s-Early 30s
Orientation: Straight
Height: 6'

Key/Lock Holder: Milla Vodello, otherwise Open.
Brief History: Sasha was born in Germany to a shoe cobbler and his wife. When he was only a baby, Sasha lost his loving mother which led his father to depression. Once Sasha was a child, he decided to ask his father about his mother. Pushed away, Sasha decided to read his father’s mind. He managed to uncover many heart-warming memories of his parents and, unfortunately, one very awkward one. Scarred and unable to look at his father the same way again, Sasha ran away to America to join the Psychonauts.
Sasha then went onto to be a world famous super agent along with his partner, Milla Vodello. During the summer, he helps train Psi-Cadets with said partner (as well as do additional research on any extraordinary minds that happen to walk through the camp). Because he is so focused on unlocking the mysteries of the Human Mind, He doesn’t even realize that he is famous and idolized. Or he does and just doesn't want to acknowledge it.
Thought it was true that he did love Milla (They have been working together as Partners for..10 years? Maybe a little more then that), he could never really see himself as her partner in this whole 'love' scene and as such, rejected any possible advances from her (Though he does have a habit of getting jealous). As he received an odd letter during work (The letter had been opened and taped together so many times it barely looked like there was even a letter sent to him, as it was required that all mail was to he thoroughly screened for any non-psychic/psychic issues), he received a letter and a key. With a few moments of silent contemplating, Agent Nein set off for the Island. For purely knowledge purposes, of course.
Sample:
"I can't do it."
Sasha sighed at the rather pathetic sound he had heard for many years. High-pitched, nearly keening, halfway whining, on the verge of screaming. It is the sound of defeat, of fear, of near-death desperation. Along with the physical sound, there was the energy. A thin, erratic latticework of energy in the air, something even the most rudimentary psychic could have felt, simply because of its overwhelming persistence.
Another persistence was one Agent Aquato (Oh, what an ironic Last name), or Razputin, clinging on to an outstretched arm upside down like a monkey, fingers white and digging in to the man's flesh out of fear. If it wasn't for Sasha's telekinesis holding him upright, Sasha definently would have fallen over the pool he was holding Raz over. And Sasha wasn't sure he could even remove the hysterical eleven-year-old from his arm if he tried, unless Sasha wanted all of his fingers broken.
"Razputin, get in the water."
"Noooo-ooo!"
"Get your ass in that pool."
“Please, Agent Nein, I can’t!”
"You are being Irrational."
"It's irrational to not want to die?!"
Sasha took the time to take a sip of the cup of coffee he was keeping in the air. "That is perfectly normal. All animals are hard-wired not to die. But you, unlike most animals, have a rational mind which can be manipulated and focused. However, you must be able to swim to advance as a Psychonaut. It's a requirement." He paused, lowering his arm a little. As soon as Raz saw that he was getting closer to the water, He yelped like a kicked puppy and sprung from Sasha's arm..only to cling to his jacket like some sort of tree frog and nearly toppled Sasha over in the process.
"Let go of me!"
"No!"
"You're being a Baby, Agent Aquato!"
"I don't care! Would you throw a baby to their death?"
"Maybe."
Sasha almost smirked at the half-pleading, half horrified look in the Boy's face before he spoke up again. Sasha was reminded, painfully, of himself at Raz's age. On one hand, very capable, very aware of his capabilities, cocky, and bristling with unbridled determination. On the other, dealing with the heavy burden of assimilating into a new culture (specifically, the psychic one) from a fairly humble past. And on top of that, confronting his phobia: water. To Sasha, phobia's were weaknesses, though he had quite a few himself when he was his age (And he still has one). Agent Dunne, a aquakinetic that had tried to assist Raz with his problem before, had a phobia of frogs. But because they luckily didn't affect her job directly, unlike Aquato's, she remains unaffected.
"What if you had to cross a lake?"
Raz looked away from the water for a moment.
"I could just freeze it using cryokinesis. Or go over it using levitation. Or—hey, Sasha, there’s this crazy new invention out there, called a boat…”
"What if you were on a boat and it tipped over?"
"Then my partner could save me."
"And you would compromise your mission."
"Oh come on, Sasha! My family is cursed to die in water, I can't go in there without these...Hands.."
“You have an overactive imagination and an unfounded superstition. Those are your only problems.”
“…grabbing me and pulling me under…” he continued, oblivious.
“And you’re fairly egotistical, as well. But there is nothing I can do for that problem, which is why right now we’re focusing on your aquaphobia.”
"Sasha, Agent Dunne already tried this with me. I can't swim, I can't even float-"
"Oh for--This is ridiculous...."
Sasha sighed in frustration. "I give up." He turned, walking four feet away from the pool with his cup of coffee floating behind him as he let down his kinesis. Razputin didn't let go of his coat until they were a little farther away and heaved a sigh of relief as he dropped to the floor, shoulders sagging gratefully as he watched Sasha walk a few more steps.
"I knew you'd see it m-" he began.
Sasha turned a split second later. Before the boy could react, with a wave of Sasha's hand Raz was hurled through the air via TK and hurtling towards the pool with an ear-splitting shriek.
