Brief History: Born as second youngest of the Young family, Devlin wasn't exactly like his other siblings when it came to tough and scary attitudes. He was more blessed with a kinder and more overconfident side to him. Devlin learned to become the best at just about everything atheletic especially skateboarding (or in the future case "hoverboarding") even having a little sister made things ok. However, he always felt like he was left in the shadows of the others like he was getting no where with his family or even who he was.
Unlike his siblings who had dark powers of Heylin or fire like their mother, he was blessed wtih the ability to absorb anyone's power which is still a mystery to both Kimiko and Chase. One day he stumbled upon a dshen-gon-wu that could take him back into the past,, having being hearing stories about how his parents met he wondered if they were true. So being the disobeident kid that he is, he went along with it.
Other: I have no plans for him other than being a cutie! because that's what he is! And he is a huge admirer of his god-father Rai so maybe bonding time!

"Are you lost or something?" the voice sounded familar as Devlin looked up and stared at a young girl that had to be his mother, at least that's what it looked like to him.
"Uh, yeah." he said smiling. "Can you help?"
"You got a name?" she asked. "I'm Kimiko."
"I'm Devlin, Devlin Y-" he stopped, no way was he going to let it pass that he was from the future with a name like Young, especially since he was sure Kimiko at the moment didn't even trust his father.
"Devlin Levin." he said quickly
