Under the Sea

[Ariel]

((Also known as Ariel needs to Roleplay because she's angry. Set July 9th, open to all, but I would like to see Proteus here so they can get some interaction in.))

Ariel had almost forgotten the whole purpose of this place was to find love, really. She'd spent so much time with herself and her thoughts (and the water) that she'd hardly met anyone for the past few days. Sure there were those that decided to join her in swimming, but they were few. Ariel didn't mind. Love could wait (she could almost hear her father sighing in relief somewhere in the world), but for right now, Ariel was content in being selfish and spending her time doing what she pleased on the Island. That's why she came here, right? Freedom?

On days like this, when the pool didn't really do it for her, she decided to take a trip to the beach. The beach here was beautiful. The sand was soft and was littered with little pink and red shells, along with a few other colors. Ariel guessed their hostess didn't know the meaning of the word subtlety, but Ariel thought it was cute nonetheless. She made her way out of the water and sat herself on her purple towel. Footsteps caught her attention and she turned her head in curiosity to see who had joined her.

[Proteus]

Proteus hadn't realized what it was like to be free until he came to this island. What with his father always breathing down his neck, it had been far too much pressure. Here though he felt better and less stressed. He smiled at the sight of a lovely red haired maiden. "Good afternoon, lovely weather we are having isn't it?" Wow, he was sure Sinbad was probably laughing his head off if he could hear this conversation

[Ariel]

She smiled at the boy who seemed her age. "Yeah, I guess it is." She said. "Perfect for swimming." She rung bright red her hair out on her towel and got up, wrapping it around herself. "Nice to meet you, I'm Ariel." She held her hand out for him to shake. He was cute. Not that Ariel would say that aloud. She had always been a sucker for a guy with a pretty face.

[Mr. Hyde]

so this is what the sea smells like Hyde thought to himself the brute was currently resting under a shade tree Hyde had ditched his suit for just his plan pants leaving him shirtless which he was quite fond of doing for one it leaves him free to move around more easily. Edward glances over to watch Ariel and Proteus.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Ariel. Im Proteus." he said taking her hand and shaking it. Though normally, his father would have made him kiss girls hands that didn't seem right in this situation. "I take it you like to swim?" he asked with a smile. "I've never gotten the chance to go swimming at a beach before."
