Mistaken Identity

[Red]

(July 18, open to Pokemon characters only)

Red was sitting in the mansion's gardens bored out of his mind. He expected to find at least one other Pokemon trainer but hasn't found one, hell he even wishes Blue was here so he could at least have someone to battle. Red has seen a lot of Pokemon on the island, but found out that they all belonged to other trainers since he was unable to catch any of them. The only thing left Red could do is explore the island again, even though he has done it countless times. "Maybe a new cave popped out of nowhere," Red thought as he stood up.

[Misty]

Misty made her way into the garden from the town. She sighed and panted slightly. 'That was a really steep hill...why did I leave my bike at home?' she thought to herself as she rubbed the sweat off her forehead. Straightening into a stretch she made a small noise and opened her eyes. There was no way, was that Ash in front of her?

[Ash's Charizard]

The large winged Pokemon zoomed over the garden casting a glance downward he spy's the trainer from behind joy coursed threw out the fire type as he makes a be line for Red and let's loose a busts of flame from his mouth intending to playfully fry his trainer from behind like he had countless times before. The only different was this wasn't Ash but Charizard didn't know that.

[Red]

As Red got up he hard somebody climbing up the hill. When Red walked over he saw the Cerulean City Gym Leader, Misty. "Why is the Cerulean City Gym Leader here?," Red thought. He didn't have much time to ponder, because out of nowhere he was shot with a Flamethrower attack. Red was pretty pissed that a Pokemon sneak attacked him. He looked around and saw a Charizard, which was the only fire type around. "Why did you attack me?" Red yelled at the Charizard.

[Misty]

Misty jumped slightly as flames engulfed the guy. Well that was certainly familiar. She walked carefully as the flames died down to see Ash's charizard. So this guy had to be Ash. Smiling she draped her arm over his shoulder and laughed, "Oh calm down Ash. He always does that to you."

[Ash's Charizard]

"rrr?" the fire type lets out a rumble of confusion as he descended to the ground his eyes widen confused as he now stares at the young boy who looked a lot like his Ash. Charizard took a step forward closer towards Red he let's out another growl as if to say "it's me"

[Dawn]

Dawn had been trying on the latest clothes that Jasper had gotten her but today she stuck to her orginal clothes. "Ash!" she saw the familiar red-hat and everything, she couldn't believe it, first May, Brock and now Ash. Life couldn't be greater. "I can't believe it!"

[Red]

Red was confused by the Charizard's reaction. The best way Red could describe it is that it seems the Charizard thinks it knows him and Red doesn't know how to respond to that. Red suddenly felt a hand on his shoulder and heard a laugh along with, "Oh calm down Ash. He always does that to you." Red saw that Misty was right beside him now. Red was confused again. "Who is Ash?" he thought. "Hate to burst your bubble, but I'm not this Ash guy. My name is Red."

[Misty]

"Oh so you're not Ash?" Misty said jumping back and retracting her hand, "Sorry! You look so similar. Hiya Charizard! Remember me?" She smiled slightly and looked over her shoulder at another girl's yell. 'Who the heck is that?' she thought to herself.

[Ash's Charizard]

The fire type jerks his head back away from Red as a sweatdrop forms on his forehead he then bows looking ever so embarrassed at his mistake. He picks his head up a moment later upon hearing Misty's voice and he gives a sharp nod of his head then jerks his muzzle towards Red giving a confused look at the water pokemon trainer.

[Dawn]

"ASH!" The blue haired girl hugged Red, almost like she would be hugging a teddy bear. "Oh i can't believe its you, oh May and Brock are going to be so excited to see you. I can't believe it, why didn't you come find us as soon as you got here?" accusation was in her voice but it wasn't hurtful. She just wanted an explanation.

[Misty]

Misty turned her attention back to Charizard and caught the questioning jerk, "Your guess is as good as mine buddy." She looked over at Dawn's out burst and frowned, crossing her arms and looking away. Great...May is here, and who is this chick? How does she know Ash well enough to hug on him?!' Misty thought to herself, getting more and more irritated. Even though she knew the guy wasn't Ash it was still annoying. Walking over to the large fire pokemon she held out her hand to him.

[Red]

"Yeah, I'm not Ash. So who is Ash, your boyfriend?" Red asked Misty. After Red asked that question he felt like he made a mistake. "Well at least I won't getting flamethrowed again," Red thought. Suddenly he heard another person yell Ash. Then suddenly he felt like a Machoke was hugging him. Red was trying to break free while yelling, "I'm not this Ash person, you two are looking for."

[Dawn]

Dawn frowned and released the boy. "You're not?" she asked. "Why didn't you say so earlier, i wouldn't have made a fool out myself. You have some nerve. You look just like a guy I know and then I find out your not him," the blue haired girl's cheeks puffed out angrily as the small red angry sign appeared on her forehead. "Who do you think you are?"

[Red]

"Who do I think I am? You're the one who came running up to me and hugging me with enough strength to rival a Machocke!" Red yelled at the blue-haired girl. Red didn't even care that he was attacked by a Charizard anymore he found this girl much more irritating. "So don't get mad at me if you thought I was someone else!" Red kept yelling at her.
