Changing the Changeling

[Queen Chrysalis]

(ooc: July 23rd. Open for Chrysalis and Luna only (well, when her app has been appproved that is), late at night as usual XD)

Another day and so far, she still hadn't managed to accomplish anything. This was slowly starting to prove to be more annoying than previously thought. That in turn, did annoy the Changeling Queen. All this love, and so far, she couldn't do a single thing about it in order to get herself strong, not without the chance of being stopped.

There were only very few here that knew about what she could do and that's what she wanted to keep it as. But there was still the whole ordeal as to how her plan was going to proceed now. Her facial expression in turn, changed to a more annoyed expression as she just stood there, just unsure as to what to do right now.

[Luna]

Princess of the night walked in the moonlight's gaze, periwinkle plated hooves tredding through the garden with ease. Her stardust colored mane billowed slightly, the norm for the alicorn princess. Azure orbs studied the surroundings that stood around, snorting a bit at the sight. This was not going to be a good night to find anypony, was it? Or anyone, for that matter. Luna found out that there wasn't just a population of ponies. But odd creatures called humans, too. Plenty of those around here.

This caused the alicorn to be in a state of shock when she saw the equine shape not too far in the distance. To create a light for herself to see a bit better, Luna's horn began to glow to show her where she was going, and who this equine was. "Thou are equestrian, are you not?" the princess belted out a tad too loud, coming ever so closer to the Changeling queen. Luna didn't quite register that it was Chrysalis. At least, not yet.

[Queen Chrysalis]

He ears flickered only lightly at the loud noise that was coming from the mouth of the other alicorn as her head turned slightly as to face her. Eyes did narrow slightly at seeing whom it was that had interupted her thoughts. The princess of the night. Though, she was glad that it wasn't Celestia right now.

It still didn't make any difference to her as she spoke up to answer Luna's question "But of course I am" she begun, but upon giving Luna's question just a bit more thought on the subject, at how she asked the question, it seemed as though she had no idea on whom Chrysalis really was.

Perhaps she could use something like that to her advantage for now "And do not worry princess, I already know who you are and what it is that you do in Equestria. Princess Luna....the princess of the night" she spoke, though giving off a small bow....but in a more mocking tone than anything else.

[Luna]

The changeling's voice crawled into Luna's ears, a feeling that made her stomach feel queasy. The dark colored alicorn briefly flicked her starry transparent tail in annoyance, realizing just who this equine was. Her horn began to glow a bit more, just to confirm her suspicion. The princess was correct.

"I find that to be... a bit alarming that thou- you know of my identity. However, I suppose that is simply the fee that comes along with my return after a millennium." Luna stated, periwinkle powdered eyes narrowed towards the changeling queen. She snorted irritably at the bow, flicking her tail once more. "Yet, Queen Chrysalis, I know what your goals are. Thou attempted to infiltrate Equestria with your kin, and nearly succeeded had it not been for the power of love."

The princess briefly paused. Love. That's how Chrysalis made Shining Armor weak. She fed off of his love. It clicked with Luna now. "Feeling a bit power hungry, Chrysalis? To the point you would feed off the love of random citizens? To that, we would have to say that is a poor decision."

[Queen Chrysalis]

"A poor descion?" Chrysalis asked back, eyes gazed upon Luna all the while "Perhaps it is you who can not seem to understand the big picture in the end" she spoke as she took a single step forward towards Luna as she did so "Feeding off random beings is only part of what I have in mind"

Her eyes gazed towards the night sky for a moment, then back towards Luna once again "Then again, I would not expect one, who has been away for such a long time, to understand what plans I have for Equestria in the end. After all, if I am able to overwhelm your sister once before, the next time I return...." she let off a light sounding chuckle as she left that threat hanging there.

"And what's more, Cadance and Shining Armour wont be able to stop me next time around, and neither will the Elements of Harmony" Chrysalis added in, as if she was sounding confident enough that her plan would succeed this time around.

[Luna]

Princess Luna flared her nostrils briefly, her eyes still locked onto the queen toxically. The reminder of being locked away for a millennium stung a bit, as it wasn't a time she wished to remember. Though any thoughts about that were quickly replaced by worry for her homeland. Equestria. The changeling had a point when she mentioned defeating her older sister.

"What is this overall plan that you have come up with? Are you even completely sure that the lovers who frolic and roam here will be around a black alicorn? Granted, thou can change appearances, yet even then is it possible to mimic these..." Luna paused for a moment, venom still brewing in her voice. What were those things that there was an excessive amount of? "Humans. Is it even possible for thou to mimic a human's appearance?"

[Queen Chrysalis]

Chrysalis did stand there for just a moment as she looked back at Luna "Perhaps, perhaps not....but here is the thing, why would I need to explain such a thing to you in the first place?" she asked, approaching Luna yet again "After all, I wouldn't want you you going ahead and ruining things for me this time around" she spoke, almost sneering at the princess herself.

However, the queen still remained calm afterwards as she continued to look at the princess still, her eyes flashing green for just a moment. So far, there was something Chrysalis just could not put a hoof on right now, and that was why the princess herself was here in the first place and not back in Canterlot. Then again, it still wouldn't have made a difference, she was absent last time anyway.

[Luna]

The queen changeling did have a point. Why did Luna expect her to give up her plans so easily? Maybe she thought that Chrysalis was dumber than reality, or that she'd want to shove it in her face that she couldn't stop the plan from happening. "We- I believe that if you were to change into a human to acquire the powers of love, than your equine-like behavior would scare the other homosapiens into believing you were... insane. Crazy. Belonged in the asylum." Princess Luna said.

It sounded reasonable enough to point out to the alicorn changeling, anyways. Her attitude was likely to scare off humans, be it her personality, or her equine behaviors that could quite possibly linger on when turning human. That was, if she could turn human at will.

[Queen Chrysalis]

Chrysalis gave off a light sneer back at the Princess as she changed her form....to that of Nightmare Moon as she stepped forward towards Luna, eyes narrowed at her "but of course, that would only be as a last measure" she explained first. After all, Chrysalis had only done something like that once so far, and even then, it didn't last too long.

Though her eyes still remained locked upon Luna's eyes all the while, as if she was for now, trying to frighten the Princess of the Night for the time being.

[Luna]

A chill crept up Luna's spine, watching the queen transform from one dark being to another. That of Nightmare Moon. The princess of the night staggered a bit from trembling upon the sight, but still had enough courage to stand and speak to Queen Chrysalis. "There are very few other equines, and I'm doubtful that any human would ever want to claim you as a mount to love and care for. How else are you supposed to earn love to feed off of? Any human who saw you would scream and run in terror." the princess spoke with her voice trembling slightly with her body.

"Ah, right. Transforming into a more... attractive equine, as you lack any beauty. Though your ability of speech and your personality may just frighten any possible love feasts altogether to the point where you'll drive them to the point of killing you, I have no doubts."

[Queen Chrysalis]

Oh how Luna was getting on Chrysalis' nerves right now as her eyes narrowed at the Princess, horn starting to glow as if she was trying to threaten the Princess, only for her horn to stop glowing, trying to keep her cool once again "It still seems you know very little about what it is I can do Princess" she spoke, form still remaining as that of Nightmare Moon, knowing how scared the Princess was right now.

She stepped forward once more, just inches away from the Princess right now as she bought up a hoof to Luna's face and touched it "Do tell me though Princess, why is that you are here? Trying to find the one that you truly belong with? Getting lonely after all these years?" she teased her some.

[Luna]

Luna stood her ground when she saw the changeling's horn glow. It seemed to have done well for her, as Chrysalis' jagged horn went out pretty quickly. Maybe the queen was right. Maybe Luna still didn't know much about this changeling's abilities. In fact, it was extremely likely.

Princess alicorn snorted heavily in Chrysalis' face as she approached closer, jerking her face from the hoof. "I arrived here in this establishment from an invitation. Dear Celestia said I should go. That is the motive for our presence here. Purely by invitation." the night mare said, stomach churning as she looked into the face of Nightmare Moon. She knew it was Chrysalis, but it still made her feel uneasy.

[Queen Chrysalis]

Chrysalis let off a very light chuckle at Luna's explantion as to why she was even here in the first place "So, you came by Celestia's desicion? Unable to find a reason yourself, as to why in all of Equestria, you would need to come here in the first place?" again, she had to chuckle at the more lightly.

Her eyes gazed up towards the night sky, to the moon in particular, then back down towards Luna's face "That is hardly a motive at all dear Princess" she again, teased somewhat with the word itself "It seems as though that you didn't even wish to come in the first place, and yet, here you are. Afraid that if you disobey you dear sister, that she will once again, banish you to the moon for another 1,000 years and you would instead, relive the life of Nightmare Moon?"

[Luna]

"That's not what I meant! I meant that she suggested that it would be a good idea to go. We came on our own motive to figure out what this invitation could possibly lead to. Considering that thou have arrived here, I doubt that much trouble will occur in Equestria." Luna said, her voice shifting from trembling to what she hoped was intimidating.

Her eyes narrowed, a scowl enveloping her face as she snorted once more. "I would appreciate it if you would discontinue using the word princess in such a negative form of speech." Her ears flickered back momentarily in anger. The queen was crawling under her skin, and Luna was sure it showed from how hostile she seemed to be acting.

[Queen Chrysalis]

Chrysalis again, let off another chuckle as her form changed....to that of Princess Celestia instead as she just eyed Luna in the eyes for just a moment, a very light smirk appearing upon her face as she did so "And again young princess" she started, ignoring Luna's own little threat completely "You still have no idea as to what it is I have planned for Canterlot once I have returned"

But this was her own time to try and intimidate Luna even further still, using her Princess Celestia form against Luna "Besides, what does it matter to you how Equestria holds up? You were not even there the last time the Changelings attacked, nor were you around when Discord was freed from his stone prison. Now where were you young sister? Sleeping, sleeping while the rest of us had to suffer. I'm starting to get the impression that your care for the safety of Equestria is rather low, that you are ungrateful to be free from that of Nightmare Moon"

Her eyes continued to look into Luna's eyes, still smirking away ever so lightly as she did so.
