Key/Lock Holder: Link, but if we don't get him then I'm open to other ideas
Brief History: Midna was originally the Princess of the Twilight Realm, dubbed the Twilight Princess, and ruled her fellow Twili people as diligently was she could. But one day, an evil being known as Zant came to the Twilight Realm. He transformed Midna and the other Twili people into different forms, Midna herself being stuck in the form of a little imp, and overthrew the transformed leader before sending her into the realm beyond her beloved world of twilight. Trapped in the world of light, Midna found herself unable to assist her people and was left to seemingly rot in the light world while Zant took control over the Twilight Realm.
Then, as if to spite her, Midna found herself presented with a strange letter one day. It contained a letter and a strange lock which, to Midna's surprise, didn't unlock when she tried to pick it with her shadow skills. With no way home and no way to stop Zant, she guessed her only option for the time being was to see what was up with the lock. So she set out, hidden in the shadows, to find the mysterious island spoken of in her letter.
Sample Post: Crimson eyes went from the letter, then to the lock, and then back to the letter again. The princess-turned-imp frowned and crumpled the letter up. She'd read it well enough to know what it meant, and it wanted her to go to some island with the lock. Why should I do that when I should be trying to find a way to stop Zant? she wondered. Midna didn't want to just leave the other Twili to suffer while she had to play some game. On the other hand, there wasn't much she could do on her own. She was trapped. ...Maybe there was something to the game she was meant to play.
"...Feh. I guess I'll play along. At least until I figure out if there's anything to be gained from doing so." she said at last. And with that, Midna vanished into the shadows. She was on her way to the island spoken of in the letter. How long would it take to get there? Hell if she knew.
