Key/Lock Holder: I was thinking either Wizzer or Lucky could do the deed, but I am pretty open to anything.
Brief History: Jewel was born to Pongo and Perdy in a house in London... Or so she tought. After being pupnapped twice in her short life, she learned she wasn't one of the original fifteen. She'd been taken in by the Dearly's because she was the last pup inside a petshop, where they were keeping pups that were too young to be separated from their mothers. Jewel was a bit shaken by this at first, but she really didn't mind much- that didn't change anything.
(A bit of headcanon in there, hope you don't mind much?)

White paws padded across the mansion's hard floor. Jewel had never seen a place this big, not even the farm could rival its size. This place was great! There were lots of stuff to do, and she could see her brothers and sisters-well, adopted ones anyway- here, too. Besides, there were a lot of other creatures to interact with, and there were some costumes around as well. Jewel loved to dress up and she knew it, when she was with the girls at least, because when with the boys, she also knew she could be a mess.
